Adding a Hover Tip

A Hover tip is a small text box that appears when a mouse cursor hovers over an element on a slide.

Creating a Hover Tip

  1. Open presentation in Presentation Editor
  2. Click any element on slide
  3. Click Tools from drop-down menu and select Hover tip...

  4. Type text into Add hover tip box

  5. Access ColorPicker for hover tip text by clicking on Background color swatch
  6. Click Wrap hover tip text box if desired
  7. Click Ok to apply hover tip

 

 

Deleting a Hover Tip

  1. Open presentation in Presentation Editor
  2. Click element containing hover tip 
  3. Click Tools from drop-down menu and select Hover tip…

  4. Delete text in Add hover tip box
    add hovertip.png
  5. Click Ok
