How can I add audio to my entire presentation?

You can audio to the entire presentation using the following steps:

  1. From the Presentation Editor click File in the menu bar
  2. Select Presentation Settings...
  3. Click Select... to open the Media Library
  4. From the Media Library:
    • Double-click a file already in the Media Library
    • Click Import Media to upload a file from the computer
  5. Click Ok
