Can I require viewers to enter a password to view my presentation?

You can require viewers to enter a password before viewing a presentation using the following steps:

  1. Double-click the presentation in the Presentation Library
  2. Click Share
  3. Click Publish
  4. Check Require password under Viewer options and enter a password in the box

ADVANCED NOTE: Password protection of presentations is available to Trial, Pro, and Enterprise users
