Add page numbers to your presentation

Page numbers can be added to SlideRocket presentations with custom themes.

  1. Open presentation in the Presentation Editor
  2. Click File
  3. Select Edit Theme... 
  4. Click Background. Double-check there is only 1 background
  5. Click Placeholder
  6. Click page number 
  7. Click anywhere on slide to place the text box 
  8. Double-click text box and type page number
  9. Click Yes when prompted. Any presentations that use this theme will be updated with any changes made
  10. Click Return to Slides
  11. Page numbers should appear on all slides sequentially

 

ADVANCED NOTES

  • If using one of the SlideRocket default themes, page numbers have to be added manually
  • If a page number is added to a Library Slide it will appear in all presentations using that slide
