Non-Roman characters in meeting attendee/meeting name info

Meeting name and meeting attendee information might include non-Roman characters (cyrillic in particular) that do not get displayed correctly.
Desired state: ability to enter Cyrillic characters in meeting name and meeting attendee information and have them displayed correctly, not in question marks.

Does this include quotation marks? Because typing them from the keyboard, they are not displayed correctly, while pasting them from another source results in proper quotes.
