ADVANCED NOTE: Google Presentations cannot be imported directly from Google Drive into SlideRocket. Google Presentations stored in Google Drive must first be exported as a PPT, then imported into SlideRocket. For more information click here.







Presentations that were created directly in SlideRocket can be added to Google Drive. Collaboration on those presentations will then be managed in Google Drive instead of SlideRocket.


ADVANCED NOTE: If a presentation is moved into Google Drive folder, any collaborators that were added will be removed. Manage Share options and re-add collaborators through Google Drive
If a SlideRocket presentation is managed in Google Drive, collaboration is done through Google Drive.


ADVANCED NOTE: To give someone ability to view presentation without giving them a copy of the presentation in Google Drive and SlideRocket, send a public link or invite from within SlideRocket
Publishing of SlideRocket presentations is handled directly in SlideRocket rather than through Google Drive. For instructions on how to publish a SlideRocket presentation click here.
Clicking a SlideRocket presentation in Google Drive will launch SlideRocket. Whether the presentation will be opened in the SlideRocket Editor or Preview depends on the permissions granted on the presentation.



To delete a SlideRocket presentation that is managed in Google Drive the presentation must first be deleted in Google Drive, then in SlideRocket.




. This can also be accessed by right-click desired item and selecting Delete Forever 

ADVANCED NOTE: If a presentation was created from a PPT or PDF stored in Drive, deleting the PPT or PDF will not affect the SlideRocket copy. Likewise deleting the SlideRocket copy will not affect the original PPT or PDF.
After a SlideRocket App is added to Google Drive it can be disconnected at any time.
