Setting Up Viewer Registration

With Viewer Registration a user can require anyone who views the presentation to enter their Email, Name, or Company. Viewer Registration can be enabled for presentations that are  published to a public link or embedded in a website. It is not available for presentations viewed offline or from an invite. Presentations viewed as part of a Web Meeting always require the viewer to enter their name. Viewer Registration is available to users with Trial, Pro, and Enterprise accounts.

 

Setting Viewer Registration Options

  1. Click Share tab in the Dashboard and select Publish. This can also be accessed from Share drop-down menu in the Presentation Editor
  2. Click on Publish
  3. Check This presentation is public.
  4. Check Require viewer to register under Viewer options
  5. Check the boxes next to the information that the viewer must provide before viewing the presentation
    • Email: Requires viewer to enter email. This field is required if the viewer is required if Viewer Registration is enabled
    • Name: Requires viewer to enter name
    • Company: Requires viewer to enter company
  6. Require password: Sets a password so only viewers with the password can view the presentation
  7. Click Apply Changes

Mike,

You can export the emails with the following steps:

1. from the Presentation Library double-click on the presentation to pull up the Presentation Dashboard
2. click the Analytics tab 
3. click Overview
4. click Export

This will export all of the analytics into a CSV file which can be opened as an Excel spreadsheet.  One of the columns will be the email addresses of viewers.  Your CRM software should provide a way to import the email address from the CSV file or the Excel spreadsheet.

If set to Require viewer to enter email.  Is there anyway to export that list of email addresses  that viewed it or are they only emailed one at a time (provided you have the "notify me" option turned on).   I wasn't able to find anywhere that would provide an export of emails to be imported into my CRM.
