Mike,
You can export the emails with the following steps:
1. from the Presentation Library double-click on the presentation to pull up the Presentation Dashboard 2. click the Analytics tab 3. click Overview 4. click Export
This will export all of the analytics into a CSV file which can be opened as an Excel spreadsheet. One of the columns will be the email addresses of viewers. Your CRM software should provide a way to import the email address from the CSV file or the Excel spreadsheet.

If set to Require viewer to enter email. Is there anyway to export that list of email addresses that viewed it or are they only emailed one at a time (provided you have the "notify me" option turned on). I wasn't able to find anywhere that would provide an export of emails to be imported into my CRM.
