Presentations, slides and assets all offer Dashboards that can be accessed within each library. To access the Dashboard, click a presentation, slide, or asset within the library. The Dashboard displays all of the key information about the item, as well as provides access to edit and manipulate the item.

Presentations Dashboard

• Preview: Play presentation
• Edit: Open presentation in Presentation Editor
• Summary: Display basic information and options for presentation
• Whether presentation is public or private
• Who can edit presentation
• When presentation was created and by whom
• When presentation was last edited and by whom
• Quick links for ways to share presentation
• Share: Lists different options for sharing presentation
• Publish: Publish presentation to public link that can be pasted into email, IM, or tweet, or embedded into website
• Invite: Send email that includes unique link to presentation
• Meet: Create meeting to guide viewers through presentation
• Playback Settings: Set how presentation will play when opened
• Collaborate: Set who can access and edit presentation
• Analytics: Review statistics about who, where and when presentation was viewed and how the viewer interacted with it. See Form/Poll results from interactive viewers.
• Tags: Add tags to make it easy to search for items
• History: Revert presentation to a previously saved version
• Export: Select from any of these download options for desktop access to presentation: SlideRocket Desktop Presenter, SlideRocket Portable Presentation (windows only), SlideRocket Portable Presentation (mac only), Adobe PDF, PowerPoint

Slide Dashboard

• Edit: Open slide in Presentation Editor
• Used in: Display presentations and slide groups containing the slide
• Collaborate: Set who can access and edit slide

• History: Review previously saved versions of item

Asset Dashboard

• Replace Media: Upload new asset to replace old asset
• Download: Download asset to computer 
• Used in: Display presentations, library slides and slide groups containing asset
