SlideRocket’s Analytics offers detailed information about how each viewer interacts with a presentation. SlideRocket’s Analytics shows if someone viewed a presentation, how long they spent on each slide, responses to Forms and Polls, comments, and any viewer registration information gathered. Analytics are recorded for presentations in Trial, Pro, and Enterprise accounts. If an account is downgraded to Lite, all analytics information in the account will be deleted.

Viewing Analytics

There are two places to view analytics.

  • Analytics Summary: Double-click presentation to open Presentation Dashboard analyticssummaryresize.png
  • Analytics tab analyticstab.png: Click Analytics tab and a detailed overview of analytics will appear. This can also be accessed under the first option, Analytics Summary, click here to view the detailed analytics

  • Total views: Shows total views for date range selected

  • To view an individual viewer’s response to forms and polls click on his/her name under the Detailed viewing sessions section of the Overview tab

ADVANCED NOTES:

  • Presentations set to both Advance slides automatically and Loop slideshow will only have Analytics recorded for the first viewing. Change settings for a presentation under Share > Playback Settings
  • Analytics are recorded for presentations accessed and viewed via a public link, invite or embedded in a website. Analytics are not recorded for presentations viewed offline through the Desktop Presenter, Portable Presentation, or iPad App or as part of a Meeting
