When I upload a file or image I get a 2038 error

This issue most commonly happens when the computer is behind a firewall. If you are behind a firewall you can access SlideRocket by adding the following sites to the Allow list:

Failed to import asset Error #2038 sliderocket, cannot import the video. I always get this error.. Any answer? I've already add the following sites to allow, but nothing happened. It's just the same error

I've created a new support ticket for you about this issue. You can access the ticket by logging into SlideRocket support and clicking "Check Your Existing Requests." You should also have received an email with information about the ticket.

I follow the instructions above, but i still have the same problem when i import i pic?
