Individual presentations can be downloaded as Portable Presentations for offline playing. The Portable Presentation can then be saved to a USB storage device or CD. Trial, Pro, and Enterprise users can download Portable Presentations.

Downloading a Portable Presentation

  1. Click the presentation in the Presentation Library
  2. Click Download
  3. Select either SlideRocket Portable Presentation (windows only) or SlideRocket Portable Presentation (mac only)
  4. Do nothing to continue processing export, or select Continue working or Cancel export

  5. A link to the exported presentation will appear in your email inbox titled “Your SlideRocket export is ready to be downloaded”
  6. Click to download presentation

ADVANCED NOTES

  • Only one export per customer at a time. For example, if exporting one presentation to a PDF, no other presentations can be exported, including that one, until the export is finished
  • The presentation link is only available for 24 hours, then it needs to be re-exported. The presentation still needs to be played on a computer, it will not work on a DVD player. To have the presentation play on a TV, connect the computer directly to the TV screen
